Some of the best economic development news comes from the companies that already know us best. Ryan Fireprotection has announced a $25 million investment in a second headquarters, HQ2, right here in the City of Noblesville, and we are proud to celebrate this next chapter with them.
A Major Investment in Growth
The project includes approximately 100,000 square feet of new space, along with a reconfiguration of the company's existing Noblesville headquarters. Together, these changes will create meaningful new capacity to support Ryan Fireprotection's continued growth, both here at home and across the country.
HQ2 will be located at the southwest corner of 150th Street and Cumberland Road. The new facility will give the company room to expand its finance, administration, support, and education teams, the functions that power a growing national operation.
A Second Vote of Confidence in Two Years
What makes this announcement especially meaningful is its timing. Just two years ago, Ryan Fireprotection completed a 50K sq ft, $4 million expansion of its existing Noblesville headquarters. Returning so soon with an investment of this scale speaks volumes about the company's confidence in our community, our workforce, and the business environment Noblesville offers.
When a company chooses to grow in place again and again, it tells a powerful story. It says the location works, the partnerships work, and the community is one worth building a future in.
