Located just north of 146th Street and East of State Road 37, there are ample Build-to-suit, spec building opportunities available to accommodate multiple 5,000 – 250,000 square foot facilities.

This mixed-use development west of Federal Hill Commons starts with a 5-story building featuring 77 residential units and up to 10,000 square feet for non-residential use, connected to the east garage. The project also includes two 4-story buildings and a 3-story building with office space over ground-floor retail.

It features 287 residential units and 36,000 square feet of commercial space.
