ABOUT THE SERIES

A Consistent Forum for Noblesville Employers

Noblesville employers consistently cite workforce challenges as one of the top barriers to growth, from talent shortages and skill gaps to rapid changes in technology and training needs. At the same time, businesses have expressed a desire for more direct communication with the City and stronger alignment across education, workforce, and industry partners.

The Economic Insights Series was created to address this gap. The series provides a dedicated space where employers can share real-time insights, elevate emerging issues, and help shape the City’s long-term workforce strategy. By grounding our efforts in employer-identified challenges and opportunities, Noblesville Economic Development (NED) can ensure that future programs, partnerships, and investments are responsive, targeted, and aligned with business needs.

This initiative strengthens collaboration across the local business community, deepens NED’s understanding of changing workforce trends, and ensures Noblesville’s economic development strategies remain informed by the people directly impacted — our employers.
