First Official Event Celebrates Noblesville’s Momentum and Milestone Development
The excitement is building for the 2025 State of the City Address, and this year, it comes with an extra dose of significance. For the first time, Mayor Chris Jensen will deliver his annual address center court at The Arena at Innovation Mile, marking the first official city event held in the new state-of-the-art venue.

Hosted by the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce, the event takes place on Friday, August 8, and will showcase not only the city’s momentum but also its commitment to innovation, investment, and community growth.
The Arena, home to the Noblesville Boom basketball team, sits at the heart of Innovation Mile, a 600-acre, master-planned business district and one of Noblesville’s most transformative developments. Anchoring this growing corridor, The Arena symbolizes the city’s dedication to blending commerce, culture, and community.
This year’s address, Mayor Jensen’s sixth, will shine a spotlight on the economic progress of the past year and unveil what’s ahead for Noblesville’s residents, businesses, and future investors. The setting itself is a case study in economic development: a public-private partnership that created a premier venue, generated jobs, spurred infrastructure upgrades, and attracted private capital.
