Congratulations to Noblesville’s very own Community Development Director, Sarah L. Reed, for receiving the Ivan H. Brinegar Municipal Leader Award at the Accelerating Indiana Municipalities (AIM) Ideas Summit in Fort Wayne earlier this week!

This prestigious award recognizes Sarah’s outstanding leadership, dedication, and contributions to our city and the broader Indiana municipal community. The Ivan H. Brinegar Award is given to municipal leaders who demonstrate vision, professionalism, and commitment to improving their cities—and Sarah has done just that for Noblesville.

Through her innovative approach to community development, Sarah has been instrumental in driving forward several key projects that support Noblesville’s growth while preserving the unique charm and culture that makes our city a special place to live and work.
