Noblesville Economic Development

Spring is upon us, and buildings are popping up everywhere in Noblesville, Indiana. One of the newest additions to the skyline of Noblesville is Federal Hill Apartments. Located next door to the BlueSky Commerce building and Bru restaurant on State Road 32, south of Logan street and east of John street, you can’t miss the structure taking shape and expanding by the day. Federal Hill Apartments is a public-private project between Old Town Companies and the City of Noblesville.

You may have wondered what will inhabit the up-and-coming Federal Hill project. The building consists of two phases. Phase one, Building A, began in January 2022 and will be completed in September 2023. It consists of a five-story parking garage with over 300 spaces for tenant and public parking as well as 118 apartments wrapping around the interior parking garage.

The construction of a four-story Building B began in January of 2023, with a projected completion date of February 2024. This building houses 104 units and sits on a parking garage offering fifty-plus parking spaces specifically reserved for tenants.

This project is loaded with amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, Indie Coffee Roasters, Pet Spa, Relaxation Rooms, and a Gaming/Lounge space. A unique three-story connecting bridge between the two buildings will house twelve apartments. Some units will have balconies with a perfect view of Federal Hill Commons and Noblesville’s summer concert series. Keep an eye out for the additional three buildings planned as part of the project adding two levels of office space over ground-floor retail, making it a place for everyone.
