Situated adjacent to the BlueSky Commerce building and Bru Burger restaurant on State Road 32, just south of Logan Street and east of John Street, this architectural marvel commands attention as it expands with each passing day. Federal Hill Apartments is a collaborative effort between Old Town Companies and the City of Noblesville, bringing together their expertise and resources.
If you’ve been wondering about the buzz surrounding the Federal Hill project, let’s dive into the details. The project encompasses two phases, with Building A taking the lead. Construction began in January 2022, and it is scheduled for completion in Winter 2023/2024.
Building A comprises a five-story parking garage with over 300 spaces available for both tenants and the public, seamlessly integrated with 118 apartments that wrap around the interior parking facility.
Building B, a four-story structure, broke ground in January 2023, with an anticipated completion date of February 2024. This building will accommodate 104 units and is built on top of a parking garage that provides over fifty dedicated parking spaces exclusively for tenants.
