Cityscape Residential’s multifamily component will be located on the southeastern portion of the site, bringing elevated living with high-end finishes and community amenities. On the northern side of the property, Lennar Homes—a trusted national builder with a strong presence in Indiana, will deliver 150 thoughtfully designed townhomes. “Cityscape has already made substantial investments in our downtown and most recently with the completion of the Nexus development,” said Andrew Murray, Noblesville Economic Development Director. “We’re absolutely thrilled to partner with them on another project that strengthens our community.”
To support the multifamily component of Noble West, the Noblesville City Council unanimously approved a $6.7 million tax-increment financing bond, demonstrating the city’s ongoing commitment to partnerships that drive smart, sustainable growth.
