The Granary

The Granary is a $67 million mixed-use development coming to Noblesville’s Pleasant Street Corridor, set to transform the historic Noblesville Milling Co. site into a vibrant residential and retail destination. This Flaherty & Collins project will feature 225 luxury apartments, 5,000 square feet of commercial space, and a 300-space parking garage. Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities including a saltwater pool, co-working spaces, fitness center, pet spa, and more. A new trailhead will connect the site to the Midland Trace and Nickel Plate trails, reinforcing the city’s commitment to walkability, connectivity, and quality of life. Construction begins in Summer 2025 with completion expected by Summer 2027.
