What We Do

TBC ActionCOACH of Indiana helps established owner-led businesses get unstuck and scale. We work with owners whose businesses have grown, but too much still depends on them for decisions, accountability, problem-solving, and day-to-day operations. Tim Campsall, The Messy Middle Guy, helps owners navigate this stage of growth—the Messy Middle—by building the systems, leadership, and accountability needed to reduce owner dependence and create a more valuable, scalable business. Through business coaching, workshops, assessments, and practical resources, we help owners build businesses that can grow without everything depending on them.

Why Noblesville

I chose Noblesville because it’s home. I live and work here, and I wanted to build my business in the community where I live. Noblesville has a strong and growing community of established, owner-led businesses, which makes it a great place to do what I love—helping local business owners get unstuck, scale, and build businesses that are less dependent on them.

Noblesville gives me the opportunity to be part of a growing business community right where I live. The relationships I’ve built with local business owners and professionals help me better understand the challenges established owner-led businesses are facing and create more opportunities to help them get unstuck and scale.

Recent Milestone

One recent milestone has been launching our Messy Middle resources for established owner-led businesses. After years of working with owners facing similar growth challenges, I’ve brought those insights together to help owners recognize when their business has outgrown the way it’s being run and give them practical ways to get unstuck and scale.
