Midland Pointe
Midland Pointe is a 34-acre mixed-use development designed to enhance Noblesville’s western gateway and energize the area around State Road 32 and the Midland Trace Trail. With over 40,000 square feet of commercial space—including Crew Car Wash, a forthcoming Wawa, and proposed retail and dining—this walkable destination connects directly to the trail system and aligns with the city’s vision for quality of place. Residential townhomes and flats border the Midland Trace Trail and link to a public trail spur, art installations, and community gathering spaces like an event lawn, pond overlook, and “The Grove,” a central greenspace. Midland Pointe supports the 2020 Comprehensive Plan by creating a vibrant, mixed-use hub that promotes connectivity, convenience, and community life.
