What We Do

FeedingTeam.org is a 501C3 nonprofit dedicated to fighting food insecurity by providing free, 24/7 outdoor food pantries throughout Central Indiana. Founded on the belief that neighbors helping neighbors can make a lasting difference, FeedingTeam partners with individuals, businesses, churches, schools, and volunteers to ensure families have confidential access to non-perishable food whenever they need it. Operating on the simple principle of Take What You Need, Give What You Can, FeedingTeam empowers communities to support one another with dignity and compassion. Our Story

Why Noblesville

We chose Noblesville because it has been our home for nearly 40 years. This is where we raised our daughters, built our lives, and developed a deep connection to the community. Having both been raised in a small town in Illinois, we immediately felt that Noblesville had the same sense of community and belonging when we first visited. It became the place we wanted to call home and where we could make a meaningful impact by serving our neighbors every day.

Operating in Noblesville has been instrumental to our success. Having lived here for nearly 40 years, we recognized the need to serve our neighbors and established The Feeding Team in Noblesville. In early 2026, we also relocated TalentLogistiX LLC from Indianapolis to Noblesville. What makes Noblesville special is its generous, compassionate, and service-minded community. The spirit of "Neighbors Serving Neighbors" is evident every day and has been a driving force behind our growth and impact.
News

Recent Milestone

One of our most significant milestones over the past year has been expanding our partnerships and increasing access to food resources throughout the community. Through partnerships with Gleaners and local Lions Clubs, we now offer mobile food pick-up events twice a month. Additionally, we open our office twice a month for large-scale food distributions to serve our hungry neighbors in Noblesville. We have also expanded our network to 80 outdoor pantries, with the majority located throughout Nobl

One workforce strategy that has been especially effective for The Feeding Team is creating meaningful volunteer experiences that allow people to experience the joy and fulfillment of giving back. Seeing volunteers serve their neighbors firsthand is our strongest recruiting tool. Many of our volunteers and team members join through referrals from existing volunteers who have experienced the impact of our mission and are eager to invite others to be part of it.

As an all-volunteer nonprofit organization, we attract and retain talent by providing people with the opportunity to experience our mission firsthand. When individuals see The Feeding Team model in action and witness the direct impact we have on serving our neighbors, they become inspired to be part of the work we are doing.
