Morse Village Noblesville
Morse Village brings together homes, nature, and commerce in a master-planned Noblesville community with trails, parks, and scenic views.
Morse Village is a $250 million, 175-acre mixed-use development set to transform Noblesville’s northwest side into a vibrant gateway to Morse Reservoir. Located at the intersection of 206th Street and Hague Road, the project will include 30,000 square feet of commercial space for local dining and retail, alongside more than 650 new homes ranging from single-family residences to townhomes, condos, and apartments. With over 30 acres of greenspace, six miles of trails and sidewalks, and a nature preserve designed for eagle watching, Morse Village blends community living with the area’s natural charm. Construction begins in Spring 2025.
