The City of Noblesville has partnered with Nickel Plate Arts and created a new map that highlights the many artists and arts experiences in the downtown area. Unique shops and artistic spaces are found throughout downtown and the new map will help residents and visitors connect with these attractions. Within an easily walkable area, people will find the Nickel Plate Arts campus, numerous art galleries, artist studios, antique stores, and a variety of specialty shops. Of course, downtown is also home to numerous local restaurants where art lovers can enjoy a meal or snack break during their visits to the places featured on the map.

“Noblesville has long been a community that supports art of all types and the number of locations downtown in which to view and purchase art reflects this. Our goal in creating this map was to help people see at a quick glance all of the artistic options available,” said Mayor John Ditslear.

The arts map is available online. To download a pdf version, visit the city’s website atwww.cityofnoblesville.org/, then click on Recreation Maps at the bottom of the homepage. Those who would like a copy of the map but do not have access to a computer may call (317) 776-6345 and request a printed out copy to be mailed to them.
