Retail Corridors
State Road 37 Corridor - Within the past decade the SR37 Commercial Corridor has significantly blossomed into a literal retail village. Shopping and dining options have and continue to sprout within the section of SR37 between SR32 to the north and Cumberland Road to the south. From Home Depot and Lowe’s to Meijer and Walmart to Barnes & Noble and Kohl’s you are bound to fill your shopping needs.
Hamilton Town Center - Hamilton Town Center is Simon Mall’s most recent lifestyle center that opened in 2008. An extraordinary open-air streetscape environment, Hamilton Town Center showcases a diverse mix of retail, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Click here for a list of retailers.
Downtown Noblesville - Located on the National Register of Historic Places, Noblesville’s downtown business and historic district attracts visitors from all over the country. For such a compact area Downtown Noblesville hosts close to a dozen independent restaurants from pan-Asian cuisine to contemporary American bar food. You will also discover memorable experiences and merchandise as you peruse our local shops that hold treasures from antique stores and fine jewelry to a children’s book shop and paint-your-own pottery. Cumberland Pointe Marketplace - Cumberland Pointe is one of the newest retail projects in Noblesville. It acts as a connection point between the SR37 Corridor commercial area and Prairie Lakes. Such tenants as Pizza Hut, Golden Corral and Primrose School occupy this corner of SR37 and Cumberland Rd.
Prairie Lakes Shopping Center - This retail area is the southernmost extension of Noblesville on SR37. It is anchored by March and Godby Furniture but also includes smaller treasures such as Best Bet Breakfast and Monical’s Pizza.
Pebble Brook Village - This newly developed commercial area is located on the northwest corner of SR32 and Little Chicago Road. It includes such tenants as Subway, St. Vincent Health Care and Pat-a-Cakes Bakery.
Harbourtown Center - This small retail strip primarily serves the Morse Reservoir crowd for their quick-stop and convenience needs. Located just off of Carrigan and Little Chicago Roads it includes such tenants as Subway and Pizza King. Just around the corner there is also Lake House Tavern and Pizza by the Harbour.
Noble West - Anchored closely by Noblesville’s newest park space, Dillon Park, this shopping area that serves west side Noblesville residents includes other big names such as Kroger, McDonald’s and CVS. There are also plenty of shops on the southwest corner of the development including Mudsock’s Grill and Anytime Fitness..
Sheridan Road & Westfield Road - as you leave downtown Noblesville westward you have to retail corridors to choose from: Sheridan Road (SR38) and Westfield Road (SR32). Anchored by Kroger and Marsh, many doctor’s offices, Riverview Hospital and several fast food options you are sure to find exactly what you’re looking for.
