Noblesville has four fully-serviced industrial/business parks, all within a day’s drive of 60% of the US population.

Corporate Campus

Our largest park includes 3,600 acres of pre-zoned land and buildings that incorporate a mix of office, industrial, commercial and residential uses. The Corporate Campus is also strategically located along our region’s most visible corridors such as State Road 37, 146th Street and Interstate 69.

Stoney Creek

Our most mature and heavily occupied business park, Stoney Creek has acted as a growth opportunity for many of our Noblesville entrepreneurs. When you are ready to take your business to the next level Stoney Creek has a myriad of location opportunities and great visibility off of SR 37 and 146th Street.

Pleasant Street

One of our newest additions to Noblesville’s business and industry environment is Pleasant Street Business Park. This area, which is currently growing with the extension of Union Chapel Road, is more flexible compared to our other parks because it allows for outdoor storage and a heavier industrial climate.

Park 32

Our western-most park off of State Road 32 contains a few high-profile businesses as well as some greenfield build-out that is still available. Great visibility and accessibility is why this area remains successful.
